  Telstra owned store and not a franchise - so you won't get screwed over just so someone can make some commission. Great!
  
  Staff were very helpful and friendly - much more so than other Telstra stores I've been too.
  
  This is a very popular store so be prepared for a bit of a wait unless you get there around opening. Good thing that Eastland is big I guess. They take down your name and number and give you a ring when its your turn in queue. It took about 45 mins to an hour for me to get a new phone once I was served (this included discussing plans, processing, and setting up the phone), so plan your time accordingly.

  Came in at 4:10pm. Told the bloke i wanted to upgrade my two services and add internet. He said they were way busy and they would call me. Called me back about 5:00pm. Organised what I wanted, and told the girl let's go ahead. At about 5:35, the bloke who took my original request comes over and says "sorry mate, I'm gonna have to pay people overtime if we stay here to organise that for you now. Maybe you could come back tomorrow." Have just wasted an hour wandering around the shops waiting to be told to come back tomorrow. Complete waste of time. Won't be back.
